Top 4 Reasons why you shouldnt miss the latest Pokemon Go's Halloween Update!

From October 26th to November 1st, Niantic Labs has launched a new Halloween update that brings more incentives for why you should go "Pokemon Go" during the Halloween.

1)           Double the candy rewards

Halloween will never be better than getting double the candy for catching Pokemon, transferring Pokemon to Prof. That means its 2x times faster to evolve your Magikarp to Gyrados.

2)           More Sightings of Pokemons from Lavender Town

Tired of seeing the usual Pidgeys, Rattatas, Weddle, Venonat and Caterpie.  One more reason to rejoice is because is their place who be our friendly Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Drowzee, Hypno,Cubones, Marowaks and Meowths 

3)           More Buddy Times

Pokémon GO has designed the system in such a way, such that you only have to catch a single Pokemon in order to level it up. They do so by dividing the total distance you need to walk with your buddy by four. That’s 0.25 km/0.75 km/1.25 km for the 1/3/5 km tiers. An example is my buddy Electrabuzz, who generate a candy every 1.25km.

4)           Getting a Gengar

There is no reason not to have a gengar even if you do not encountered one. With so many gastly and haunter to catch and with the double candy rewards, you can easily accumulated enough candys to evolved your Gastly to Haunter (25 candies) and Haunter to Gengar (100 candies).

Gengar is one of the strongest Pokemon in Pokemon Go, especially those with the Sludge Bomb skillset and there is no reason why not to add one of those Gengar to your line-up.
